4. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Information that you give to us when you apply to become an Xpence customer, or though your use of our Products and Services, use in-app chat or email, speak to us on the phone or engage in promotions, reward schemes and other communications will be used and retained to allow Xpence to provide you with its Products and Services.

We keep most of your data as long as you are using Xpence products and services, and for 7 years after that to comply with the law and if we face a legal challenge. In some circumstances, like cases of anti-money laundering or fraud, we may keep data longer if we need to (that is in our legitimate interest) and/or the law says we have to.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination determined by us. It may also be processed by staff who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your request and the provision of support services.
